OK guys, this is the part of the equation where things are going to get a little more difficult. *LOL* Since we are *trying* to switch to ICQ and leave yahoo in the dust, I think this might make an ok alternative until we get some bugs ironed out in ICQ. (CONFRENCING!) Even if you DON'T have ICQ, by clicking on the following names you can see WHO is online and even send them a message from the web to their ICQ panel.... and then you can meet in the chat room. Complicated, I know. I'm working on it.
